Undeterred, John ingeniously repurposed the living room TV's power cable to power his PS3, allowing him to continue playing Call of Duty upon his father's return. This incident was followed by another display of his resourcefulness when his father confiscated the home’s Wi-Fi router, leaving only the computer and modem in the home office. Demonstrating remarkable technical skill, John repurposed his laptop's internal Wi-Fi card to create a makeshift router, maintaining his connection despite the restrictions.
